TouchGFX Designer doesn't show me any online application or template (just the Simulation with the black UI template).I'm using version 4.16.0 and it shows me the following error :Package server at HTTP://packages.touchgfx.com/V2/packages.json.zip can not be reached No online packages can be found. You can continue working, but only already installed packages are available.the remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.I try also the newest version 4.17.0 and it shows me, "the application is not connected to the internet"

Hi,I have observed an issue with STM32CubeIDE v1.7.0 whereby the auto generated code is in the incorrect order for Uart DMA reception.Below, I compare the generated main.c file from CubeMX v6.3.0 [Left] STM32CubeIDE v1.7.0 [Right] both using the firmware pack STM32FW_F4 V1.26.1  This issue was also reported and supposedly fixed in CubeMX. My software and hardware:STM32CubeIDE v1.7.0 & STM32FW_F4 V1.26.1 CubeMXv6.3.0 & STM32FW_F4 V1.26.1STM32F446RE - Nucleo64

I think the code design of TouchGFX is very excellent. I want to learn more. Thanks! (from translation software)

can i use unico gui and Algo builder without STEVAL-MKI109V3 (and series) i havenucleo F401RE and X-Nueclo IKS01A1 - X-NUCLEO-IKS01A2

Hello, I have an application where originally the STM32G071GB (128K) was designed in. Unfortunately there was no available stock of the STM32G071GB (128K). Compiling our code was slightly over the 64K when no optimization was used. Enabling optimization dropped the code size under the 64K size ( I believe it was around 57K). In looking for possibly solutions we found the STM32G071G8 (64K). The STM32G071G8 has the same pinout and matches that of the STM32G071GB just that it has 64K in stead of 128K. We have received some units in and have done some testing. When we were investigating the legacy code, we found that the previous developer was writing to the flash page at address offset of 1C800. When we used a STM32G071G8 (64K), the device seems to write to this address offset of 1C800 and is able to read it back as necessary. I was able to look at the values at the address using STM32CubeProgrammer. Does anyone else have experience with attempting to write to an address listed beyond wha

Just received this email: We have had the SensorTileBox SL-MKSBOX1V1 since early this year (and I don't think it was new then) - so what is actually new here?

Hello,I'm working on a new project in which I'm using the new STMG series for development. At present, I'm trying to program the controller via JTAG. Unfortunately, the ST-Link is not able to connect to the controller. I'm attaching the screenshot of the error message below. Moreover, I'm also adding the schematic snippet for a better understanding. Could someone help me with some guidelines that I need to follow while designing any new custom made boards? Part Number: STM32G474RCT3.

I am currently working on STM32L07/STM32L08. And thinknig of debugging and making sure memory I would like to use st-link v2. I have looked up a lot about st-link but mostly it's about STM32F. Please teach me if the st-link v2 works on STM32L07/STM32L08 or not. Thanks.

I'm looking for a programmer who can choose the "SWIM" format to write to the STNRG388A evaluation board (STEVAL-ISA164V1)."ST Visual Programmer" can select "SWIM", but it seems that the device does not have STNRG388A and cannot connect properly.I would appreciate any advice.

Hi,I am new with the STM32H7 timer/counter. I found the LPTIM_PulseCounter example which was good starting point. But I have a couple of questions:How can a reset the counter manually (not via automatic reload) of LPTIMER1? I could not find any HAL_LPTIM_CounterClear(), HAL_LPTIM_Counter_Reset(), HAL_LPTIM_Counter_Write(0x0000) function in HAL LPTIM Generic Driver. As far as I think the LPTIMER1 is capable to count quadrature encoded signals. It has two inputs, I can set the ENCODER mode and I can start the encoder mode with HAL_LPTIM_Encoder_Start (LPTIM_HandleTypeDef * hlptim, uint32_t Period) function. But I guess the period parameter should be set to 0xFFFF in order not to allow autoreload function after PERIOD count.Does ENCODER mode work with 32-bit timers? No need to be LPTIMER.  I have STM32H747I-DISCO board. The input1 of the LPTIMER1 is in the Arduino connector PD12 (pin 10 of CN5). Is the Input2 of LPTIMER1 in the same CN5 connector but the next pin: pin 9 of CN5 (PD13)?

HalloI probably have an EEProm here.SMD TSSOP88PinPrinted on:412R8ST K033Does anyone know what kind of chip this is? Part No.?

Hello, The TouchGfx I used was version 4.15.0, and screen refresh rate is 60Hz. Now I move the project to version 4.17.0 TouchGfx, and the screen refresh rate is up to 70Hz. Can this parameter be changed by user?

Hello,Is there a way to go lower than 8kHz sampling Audio Frequency on I2S?If so, how would I go about it manually adding in the code? Thanks!

Can STM32L1 and STM32L0 be used for AI development (is. running inference of neural networks)? I was hoping to use those chips with X-CUBE-AI. Yet, when I read the user manual, those chips were left out of the list of microcontrollers. Why is this so?User Manual: https://www.st.com/resource/en/user_manual/dm00570145-getting-started-with-xcubeai-expansion-package-for-artificial-intelligence-ai-stmicroelectronics.pdfAlso, there is STM32Cube.AI which I assume will work with STM32L1 and STM32L0. Is this correct?

I want to connect usb-lan stick to stm board over USB-ECM or Asix. The stm board is configured as usb-host.

main.c generated by STM32CubeMX 6.3.0Line 23#include "usb_device.h"#include "usb_device.h" Are duplicated.Then MX_RTC_Init () is missing HAL_RTCEx_SetWakeUpTimer_IT ().

I am attempting to send data in bulk, 64 bytes at a time for every SOF interrupt, however I don't see how to enable the interrupt.I attempted defining USE_HAL_PCD_REGISTER_CALLBACKS as 1, but that doesn't seem to trigger the SOF interrupt.

Hello,I am a automotive firmware developer.I'm developing using the M24512-DRMN3TP/K product.I have a question.I have used the FM24CL16B (AT24/FM24) model before.FM24CL16B model had 1010+page select in SLAVE ADDRESS.I was able to fully understand the FM24CL16B product.I can't figure out how to page select the M24512 product. Please tell me how to select page. And please tell me the number of pages. Please tell me the byte size of 1 page.I look forward to your reply.Best Regards, Kim

In my program I have to change the mode of 2 pin very frequently, I have to get from Input mode (to have an "high impedance" state) to output mode (to use a PP) etc. These pins are PA6 and PA7.And it's working, no problems to do that, I just use the GPIOA->MODER register and reassign the bits I need to.But when I do that i have a problem : I can start debugging, charge the program through the board, but then I immediatly lose connexion with it. So I can't do any observation during debbuging (no "step by step", no variable visualisation...).I have already found that this problem is here when I assign a bit on MODER register, when I don't do this I can debug easily.I don't change the mode of PA13 and PA14, so the problem is not that I can't use the SWD process anymore (also if it was that, I would not be able to charge the program on the MCU).Another thing that I don't understand is that depend on where I put this line on my program, it can work (I do a "calibration" cycle before my m

I am using  NUCLEO-L476RG together with X-NUCLEO-CCA02M and following the quick start guide (slides 9-10)https://www.st.com/content/ccc/resource/sales_and_marketing/presentation/product_presentation/group0/77/e0/20/db/d4/65/42/cf/X-NUCLEO-CCA02M2_QUICK_START_GUIDE/files/x-nucleo-cca02m2_quick_start_guide.pdf/jcr:content/translations/en.x-nucleo-cca02m2_quick_start_guide.pdf I can see the microphone in device manager (STM32 AUDIO Streaming in FS Mode)But in Audacity when I record I get no input What am I doing wrong? Thanks

I've built a custom system using the STM32F733xx and an external ADC (TI ADS8588S) connected over SPI. I have verified that the system works consistently using the STM32 HAL L0_V1.2.8 when transferring data via the blocking/polling method. However, when I configure the SPI to run non-blocking with a linked DMA I can only get one full transfer to complete. Successive transfers fail to produce SCLK as shown below:This is the SPI and DMA configuration code: hspi1.Instance = SPI1; hspi1.Init.Mode = SPI_MODE_MASTER; hspi1.Init.Direction = SPI_DIRECTION_2LINES; hspi1.Init.DataSize = SPI_DATASIZE_16BIT; hspi1.Init.CLKPolarity = SPI_POLARITY_LOW; hspi1.Init.CLKPhase = SPI_PHASE_2EDGE; // Needed for Saleae match hspi1.Init.NSS = SPI_NSS_SOFT; hspi1.Init.BaudRatePrescaler = SPI_BAUDRATEPRESCALER_2; hspi1.Init.FirstBit = SPI_FIRSTBIT_MSB; hspi1.Init.TIMode = SPI_TIMODE_DISABLE; hspi1.Init.CRCCalculation = SPI_CRCCALCULATION_DISABLE; hspi1.Init.CRCPolynomial = 7; hspi1.Init.CRCLen

Hi!I'm using FatFS R0.11 with STM32F373 and sometimes it works to use FATFS and sometimes not. These are the issues I got and I don't know why. Can it be something with NVIC interrupts that causing issues with the FatFS library?Mount SD card: Mount SD card -> Unmount SD card -> Unplug SD card -> Insert SD card -> Mount SD card. This will create an error for me. I cannot unmount the SD card and unplug it and then insert it back again and mount it. I get a FR_DISK_ERR then.Notice if I re-flash the STM32 processor or go into debugging mode, then I don't get FR_DISK_ERR. But If I remove the card, plug it back, restart the STM32 processor, then I still got the FR_DISK_ERR.Writing garbage values: If I write a text string for example this STM32_PLC_SD_Write_File("Hour,Minute,Second,Millisecond,"); STM32_PLC_SD_Write_File("ADC0,ADC1,ADC2,ADC3,ADC4,ADC5,ADC6,ADC7,ADC8,ADC9,ADC10,ADC11,"); STM32_PLC_SD_Write_File("DADC0,DADC1,DADC2,DADC3,DADC4,"); STM32_PLC_SD_Write_File("I0,I1,I2,I

By learning from example STM32Cube_FW_L4_V1.15.1\Projects\32L496GDISCOVERY\Examples\FMC\FMC_SRAM, I tried to setup a simple SRAM program in STM32CubeIDE 1.7.0.When I was asked if I want to init peripheral or not , I select YES. Then I changed Clock and FMC settings according to the example.My current setup looks like this:Writing the SRAM (just before the while(1) loop in main()):#define SRAM_BANK_ADDR ((uint32_t)0x64000000) *(__IO uint16_t *)(SRAM_BANK_ADDR) = (uint16_t)0x0A0B; while(1) {}Config System Clock:void SystemClock_Config(void) { RCC_OscInitTypeDef RCC_OscInitStruct = {0}; RCC_ClkInitTypeDef RCC_ClkInitStruct = {0}; RCC_PeriphCLKInitTypeDef PeriphClkInit = {0};   /** Initializes the RCC Oscillators according to the specified parameters * in the RCC_OscInitTypeDef structure. */ RCC_OscInitStruct.OscillatorType = RCC_OSCILLATORTYPE_HSI48|RCC_OSCILLATORTYPE_MSI; RCC_OscInitStruct.HSI48State = RCC_HSI48_ON; RCC_OscInitStruct.MSIState = RCC_MSI_ON; RCC_OscIn

I have tested changing boot0 addresses for both the cores (M7 & M4) by STM32CubeProgrammer in ST-LINK mode. It is working properly. When I tried to implement same logic in SPI boot mode, M4_boot0 address is not updating. Where as M7_boot0 address is able to update.I tried connecting STM controller in UART mode with STM32CubeProgrammer, there also M7_boot0 address is able to update but while updating M4_boot0 address STM32CubeProgremmer gives error in updating M4_boot0 address. Please refer attachment for STM32CubeProgrammer logs in UART mode. Why option bytes are updating only in ST-LINK mode, what is wrong in SPI and UART mode ? Please suggest the changes if needed.Thank you.Vaibhav.
