Hi,i try to write the OTP area lock bytes using the ST-LINK/V2 programmer with the ST STM_Programmer_CLI tool included in the STM32CubeProgrammer software package.I can successfully write to the OTP area blocks using the -w32 command but if i try to also write the according Lock byte it will fail with the following error message:Command: STM32_Programmer_CLI.exe -c port=SWD -w32 0x1FFF7AC 0xFFFFFF00Error: Failed to download data!If it's a Flash memory, it may be not erased or protectedAny idea why the write fails for the Lock bytes while OTP blocks are successfully written ?

I am currently working on a motor control project development using STSPIN32F0251.Six-step control using HALL sensor, 48V power supply, working phase current is 11A. Then now running at 10A, the smartSD protection with the built-in gate drive is triggered, and the built-in FAULT pin outputs a low level. But I have grounded CIN directly, and observed VCC with an oscilloscope, there is no voltage abrupt change in VCC below VULO.So I would like to ask what else will trigger the smartSD protection and cause the FAULT pin to output a low level, thank you!

Hi all, I'm trying to write a simple code to read a Tag NFC type 2. I have a EVK NUCLEO stm32F446 and X-nucleo-NFC06A1, I want connet they with I2C. and write a simple code to wake up st25 when I send a high signal and read eeprom of tag and show this information via UART.

Due to hardware limitations, I must run MotorControl Workbench through the command line. However, running the executable WB_Console.exe fails to open valid projects.Command issued:"C:\Program Files (x86)\STMicroelectronics\MC_SDK_5.Y.4\Utilities\PC_Software\STMCWB\WB_Console.exe" -f example.stmcx -generate -QThis command ideally begins generation without the GUI. However, I immediately get this error:The project was created with a legacy Workbench release 0.0.0. Please use that version to load the project. Generation with error.Given that the example.stmcx is a perfectly valid file (and functions on other hardware), this error is problematic. However, the bigger problem is that the generation will succeed occasionally. I cannot isolate why and have run several tests, including shutting down the system, introducing new (both valid and invalid) files, resetting the software, closing the console.Regards,DS

Hi, I have tried many times to get a trace using STM32CubeMonitor-UCPD 1.2.0 with my board without success. I have tried with both RTOS and without. The USAR1 is connected to an FTDI usb serial cable but the board doesn't show up In the monitor. I have noticed that USBPD_PE_StateMachine_SRC returns -1 which prevents it from ever being called again since the return value is used as a waiting time. Find attached my main.c (initialization of the board and peripherals)

Hello,I am using the STM32CUBEIDE , I am working on STM32H745 series , I have to programme the device using JTAG .How I can done that which application I have to use for progrraming what setup I have to done in stm32cubeide ? Can u please help me

Hi,I'm trying to configure a project in STM32CubeIDE with EMW3080 Wi-Fi driver following an example form STM32CubeU5 and Introduction to NETXDUO article. I add NetXDuo files for Wi-Fi driver and configure mx_wifi_conf.h file but I get the following console errors:make: *** [Middlewares/ST/netxduo/common/drivers/wifi/mxchip/subdir.mk:25: Middlewares/ST/netxduo/common/drivers/wifi/mxchip/nx_driver_framework.o] Error 1 make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....And errors like this on nx_driver_framework.c file:'NX_DRIVER_ERROR' undeclared (first use in this function); did you mean 'NX_CALLER_ERROR'?but NX_DRIVER_ERROR is defined in nx_driver_framework.h file in the same path of nx_driver_framework.c file. Thanks

For performing the conversion do I just have to convert degrees to millidegrees?Because this conversion does not output a perfectly comparable result.Racelogic IMU datasheet: Overview (racelogic.co.uk)

I'm using STM32G071RBT6 MCU . In that I'm using DMA to toggle the on board LED. So it's very simple but somehow it is not toggling. The on board led is LED3 that is in port 5(PA5). I' using circular DMA to toggle it or even if i have to turn on the led through DMA ,still it won't work. here is an example ....Here is the DMA config-here is the gpio output that i have to writenow here is the code-uint32_t led = 0x00000020;//uint32_t led = GPIO_ODR_OD5;this example is to just turn on the led.HAL_DMA_Start(&hdma_dma_generator0, (uint32_t)led, (uint32_t)&GPIOA->ODR, 1);Still it doesn't turn on.

Hy there!I'm new on ST platforms and development environments (I'm used to Netbeans-like ones).Well, I would like to copy (automatically) both .elf executable and the .map files in given folder after building the projet. This folder ("Out") is placed inside the project path.I tried by adding a post-building step but i'm not able to find makefile variables sutch as ${ProjName} and so on...I need those variables to automate the process throgh several configurations.Where are defined those variable and what they contain?I saw them, looking at the project options but I'm not able to find a guide to use them to write a building step as I'm used to do in other environments...Thank You in advance for your support!iTTy

I'm using Timer 2 to capture PWM input. The configurations are made to capture the period and duty in both CCR1 and CCR2 registers.I have planned to use DMA, to store the values of CCR1 and CCR2 into memory using with a same channel of TIMER2(CHANNEL 3 of TIMER2). The DMA is configured in circular mode with SNDTR to 2. I see we have PINC and MINC bits , which can be used to increment both Peripheral (in DMA_SPAR) and memory address(DMA_SM0AR) automatically after each DMA requests. But, I 'm unable to see whether the configurations (initially configured addresses) in DMA_SPAR, and DMA_SM0AR will be back to initial value once SNDTR becomes zero. Can someone please help me finding the answer

Hi everyone, I follow this tutrorial to mak a keyboard with a stm32 MCU.But it's not works. The USB not recognized!Could you help me please? Thanks!

In my current project I am using DMA multi transfer to generate an arbitrary waveform by changing synchronously timers' registers. The first waveform is named "Chrono1", and I would like to interrupt (external) this waveform and insert a second arbitrary waveform that I will name "Chrono2", I already kinda succeeded to interrupt thanks to the push button B1 the current waveform (buffer 1) with another one (buffer 2) by re-initializing DMA with another source buffer, but I would like buffer 2 to be run only one time and then it would get back to the last position in the buffer 1 and resume buffer 1. Do you have a solution for it to resume at the same position of buffer1 after buffer2? Is there a way to start reading a DMA source buffer on a certain x position in the array?

Dear Sir,When I read 2.2.4 in the datasheet, there is a Note asUsing hardware based wake-up in combination with the automatic antenna tuning feature isnot recommended. Contact your nearest ST office for further support.Could you tell me where I can find more information about the reason? What kind of wake-up is referred to in this note? is it the low power card detectionmentioned in capacitive sensor (4.2.4)? or Wake-up mode in 4.2.5? Are the above functions unavailable, if automatic antenna tuning is used?best regardsDai

Hello everybody,I'm using the VNH9013 H-Bridge thermal sensor. Datasheet states on first page that thermal sensor coefficient is -8.1 mV/K, while on page 10 says -2 mV/K.Any ideas on what is the right temperature coefficient? Thanks in advance.

Hi, anyone know how to fix this debug error ?

Hi, how to solve this problem error?

I read some demo code, the result is YES. am I right?

Please help me with the difference between LSM6DSOWTR and LSM6DSOTR urgently
