I followed ST wiki, success to display OTP by the command:STM32_Programmer_CLI.exe --connect port=usb1 -otp displThen I try to test writing a value to wordid 79 which currently is 0x00000000, and free for user.STM32_Programmer_CLI -c port=usb1 -otp program wordID=0x4F value=0x12345678No thing wrong, command return sucess: I display cmd again, it is till 0x00000000, even reset the board. Any one know what I am missing, please?

Good morning,I would like to know if measurements of MEMS accelerometers/inclinomteres are influenced by near static magnetic fields. The question is generic but regards particularly the model IIS2ICLX.Thanks for the attention.

STM32G070R8T6STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.8.0We are bringing up our new board and using ADC1 to DMA PB0, PB1, PB2 and PB10 pin readings into memory. The actual level on the pins is ~1.358 volts and the DMA data from the pins seen by software are 1775 to 1786. The ADC is set to 12 bits so these readings are showing 1.43 to 1.439 volts. This is an error of 72mVolts which seems excessive. The initial code by Cube was set to use Low Level drivers calls. The ADC is set to use 4 ranks and 19 cycle samples. The Cube code also has run a ADC calibrate so we are at a loss to pinpoint why the four ADC pin readings are so far off.static void MX_ADC1_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN ADC1_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE END ADC1_Init 0 */   LL_ADC_InitTypeDef ADC_InitStruct = {0}; LL_ADC_REG_InitTypeDef ADC_REG_InitStruct = {0}; LL_GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0};   /* Peripheral clock enable */ LL_APB2_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_APB2_GRP1_PERIPH_ADC);   LL_IOP_GRP1_EnableClo

I'm trying to log my data in a .csv file, using the STM32CubeMonitor v1.4.0.I'm configuring my ST processing node as follows: Sadly, it produces .csv with no data in them (see next screenshot).I also tested the same setup with the .stcm, and it worked. Am I missing something? Or is this a known bug?Regards,Gabriel

Hi All, I designed my board with a STM32G0 series MCU with the main intention of using its USB-PD peripheral. I later realized that it is only the STM32G0x1 series MCUs would be capable of USB-PD while I will be receiving a board turn with an STM32G0x0 series..Is there a way to setup USB-PD on my STM32G030K8 by including the necessary C and header files used with USB-PD? The pins I would need to configure in the .ioc file would include TCPP01_DB, UCPD1_CC1, and UCPD1_CC2, but I'm an not really sure how to go about that either if the pins do not have that option. Thanks,

Hi guys,I'm new to this. I'm using STM32L476RG in combination with NFC 4 Click. I downloaded the X-CUBE-NFC6 but when i go to read an NFC Tag nothing happens. NFC 4 Click device has ben succesfully initialized. They are connected using I2C. What am I doing wrong?Brgd,Anej

I believe there is a bug in the slider widget in 4.18.0. I am using a slider to quickly adjust a parameter, but my incremental values are so small that I cannot easily position the slider on each unique value using the touchscreen, i.e. the button may be centered on the same pixel for two consecutive slider values. For this reason, I have created increment and decrement buttons. One button increments by a larger amount (1mA), and one by the adjustment resolution of the parameter (0.05 mA). In the interactions, I calculate the value to display in the text area.In this example, I go from 0.05 to 10.00 mA in 0.05 mA increments. So, the range of the slider is from 1 to 200, and to calculate the text value to be displayed, I divide by 20.0. What I discovered is that when using the 'increment by 1' button, when I start at the low end of the slider there are 4 places where the incrementing stops, and I cannot programmatically increase the slider, even though I am adding 1 to its value each ti

Problem: After configuring the OTP pins in word 3 to the following:- Primary boot source : SD-card- Secondary boot source : FMC NANDAnd flashing the FMC nand with TF-A `tfa-*-nand.stm32` in the first sector using `nandwrite -p /dev/mtd0 /mnt/boot/tf-a-stm32mp153c-*-nand.stm32`I have a working booting setup using SD-card and u-boot. I have programmed OTP in the following way:First sense the lock register:`fuse sense 0 0x10000003`Validate that the lock register is 0. If not, then it is no longer possible to write the register. This is usually a sign that the boot sources have already been set. Read the value of word `3` in bank `0`. Either it is set or not. If it is set. Do nothingIf it is not set all `0`, Do next stepRun the sense command, this must be 0 or 0x21000000`fuse sense 0 3`When the sensing is complete, and it is determined that no values in OTP word 3 is set, we can proceed with programming the fuses. We choose:- The primary boot source to = 4 SD card.  These belong to bi

Hi all,I have my own customized board based on STM32WB55RGV6. The board has HSE of 32 MHZ but don't have LSE. I am using LSI or (HSE/32) as RTC clock and HSE/1024 as RF wakeup clock. I am facing two different problems.Case 1: First I tried with examples of BLE including BLE_P2P_Server, BLE_Custom and BLE_HeartRate from CubeMX. (Only change I did is disabled the LSE and hence LPM (low power mode) and relevant clock source setting). When I downloaded and tried to run the application, I always get HardFault from MX_APPE_Process(); more specifically when executing following /* Execute the task */  TaskCb[CurrentTaskIdx]( );Case 2: Then after I tried to develop a project on CubeMX from scratch by selecting STM32WB55RGV6 chip (Not Nucleo board). I just made bare minimum settings with HeartRate sensor service just to see if it runs or not. After downloading and running, I can see my device in ST BLE Toolbox android app but when I try to connect it with board, it doesn't get connected

Hi,I have stm32f469 discovery kit. I need to restore my board to initial screens that I saw when I first turned on the board. That is, return to the factory systemPls

I've followed this walkthrough perfectly: https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/How_to_perform_Secure_Boot_from_Distribution_package#Distribution_package_with_signed_FIPand I get a "Not able to find "None" (socname stm32mp15) path from current BBPATH var: ..." when trying to have TF-A find the FIP signing key. Please help

I've seen that it's support Bluetooth 5.2 which added LE Audio feature. Is it possible to make SSTM32WB55-based sound device (i.e. BLE to 3.5 mm jack converter)? And how if so?

I am trying to use the Mbed USBSerial class on an STM32F767VI and it works fine. I also have CAN3 RX setup on pin PA8 (USB SOF) and a GPIO on PA10 (USB ID). I am not using the SOF or ID functionality, but initializing the USB makes it so those pins don’t do anything else. I tried setting “target.usb_speed? to “USE_USB_NO_OTG?, because I am under the impression that SOF and ID are mostly related to OTG, and this is device only, but then I get a whole raft of other compile errors. I also tried using STM32Cube to make my own drivers where the USB is initialized as being device only and it compiles, but changes nothing. Is there any way in the current Mbed USB implementation that I can actually use the SOF and ID pins?

Hi,   In both SSP documents: 1) AN5510 - Overview of the secure secret provisioning (SSP) on STM32MP1 Series 2) AN5054 - Secure programming using STM32CubeProgrammer   It is written that "SSP" & "HSM" tabs expect: """ Encryption key and nonce files: The encryption key and nonce file can be selected by entering their paths (absolute or relative), or by selection with the Open button. Notice that sizes must be respected (16 bytes for the key and 12 bytes for nonce). """   But when I try to do this process ("SSP" tab, still waiting for STHSMv2 to arrive) I get "Size of ssp_nonce.bin is expected to be 16 bytes" both in GUI & in CLI modes -- latest tool version (2.10)   note1: when I provide a 16 byte nonce, it works note2: There are a couple of locations in AN5510 where it is written that nonce is 16 bytes or 128 bit, the rest say it is 12 bytes.   Is this an error with the STM32 Trusted Package Creator tool or with the Documentation ??   Side question

Hello,My firmware sends data to TTN when I double push on the button of my board. When the first push is detected, the board wakes up from low power mode and a timer is launched to detect if there is a second push. At the end of the countdown, if there was another push, the board sends data. Then, the counter of pushs variable is reset and the board goes in low power mode.I configured the Timer2 in order that it makes cycles of 500 ms :    clock source : internal clock (48 MHz)   prescaler : 1000   counter period : 24000   auto-reload preload   so time interval is : (1 000 * 24 000) / 48 000 000 Hz = 0.5 seconds My problem is no matter what the value of counter period x prescaler (I tried with 12 000 000, 24 000 000, 4 800 000, 48 000 000), the timer counts cycles of 1min30 (I toggle a LED when a new cycle begins).Do you have any idea what I did wrong or miss in my firmware ? I can add the source code if ne

Hey, I'm starting on using OTFDEC for encryption of data on external OSPI flash, the project i'm working on is based on the Zephyr OS, and as far as i can see there are no examples on how to build an application with the OTFDEC setup using Zephyr. So is it possible to use OTFDEC with zephyr, and how?
