So i use to stm32cubeide & stm32h743zi. I want to create a variable that the system does not initailize even if the after software reset. just like __no_init in IAR.i follow this method. but i can't.https://atadiat.com/en/e-how-to-preserve-a-variable-in-ram-between-software-resets/

Hello,I am trying to access an external flash memory (32 mbit) using stm32L4. Stm32L4 has OctoSpi. i have configured the OctoSpi with dual quad disabled but yet, i am not able to access the external flash mem. The external flash memory supports single, dual and quad spi modes. I tried to set the octo spi to use just 1 line inorder to read the manufacturer id from the flash memory chip but it always returns 0.Is there any example/stater guide available for OctoSpi on stm32L4xx.Thanks!

Hello, I have two different projects in parallel right now, both of which use STM32G0B1 MCUs. On both projects, with completely seperate hardware, the VREFpin that connects to the internal VREFBUF peripheral is innacurate. These pins are just brought out to test points, nothing more. While configured for a 2.5V output, they measure about 2.9V and have more noise on them than I would expect for a reference voltage. Register values are as follows:VREFBUF_CSR: 0xDVREFBUF_CCR: 0x18I've done other STM32 projects using VREFBUF without issues. Is there something different regarding the STM32G0B1 parts? Is anything needed in hardware to support VREFBUF? Our VDD is 3.3V.Thanks,Rob

I have a X-NUCLEO-IHM16M1/NUCLEO-G431RB eval board I am trying to connect to a motor with hall sensors. The motor has leads labeled Hu, Hv, and Hw, but J1 on the driver board is labeled A+/H1, B+/H2, Z+/H3. What is the correlation between these two nomenclatures? Thanks,Dan

I have recently bricked my STM32H7 discovery kit by trying to select the M4-only boot option, but I am no longer able to connect the debugger. I have had a similar problem with the Arduino Giga board but I managed to "unbrick" it by running a bootloader and pressing the "BOOT0" button. According to the STM32H7 manual, the bootloader should is loaded by a combination of a high BOOT0 and the status of certain option bits (over which I obviously do not have any control any longer). For the Discovery board, I have soldered in a button that shorts out R192 and which I then press while powering up / resetting, but neither the STM32CubeProgrammer nor the ST flash loader demo is able to connect through the UART (via the in-built ST link programmer). Do you have any advice on how to start the bootloader? Surely there must be a way to save that board? Do I need to use a different USART port? Many thanks, Clem

Trying to bring up a bootloader. On the last step and having difficulty getting the screen working. All the LTDC initialization looks ok and am enabled the line interrupt and the transfer error interrupt. When enabling the LTDC getting slammed with underrun interrupts. Even if tweaking the handle to automatically clean the underrun interrupt they just keep coming. Anybody run into this or any suggestions?

Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone actually is doing (or has already done successfully) the STM32WB Getting Started Series on youtube (STM32WB Getting Started Series - YouTube) and the according Nucleo Pack (P-NUCLEO-WB55 - Bluetooth 5 and 802.15.4 Nucleo Pack including USB dongle and Nucleo-64 with STM32WB55 MCUs, supports Arduino Uno V3 and ST morpho connectivity - STMicroelectronics) ?I'm currently facing the problem that even If I follow all steps in the tutorial in Detail (Flashing the FUS, then Flashing the BLE stack, then build and upload the BLE application) and the whole process works without any errors or warnings, in the end my smartphone is not able to detect the Application with the ST BLE Toolbox app. I already tried other apps like "Light Blue App" but the problem remains the same.A list of the software versions I'm currently Using:CubeMX - V 1.10.1CubeProg - V 2.13.0FUS-File: "stm32wb5x_FUS_fw_for_fus_0_5_3.bin" - BLE V 1.16.0 - Flashing-Address: 0x080EC000BLE-Stack-File:

Usually the ST has a lot of documentation of their products. I also found few people also write in Internet that it is impossible to find any information about this ST productIf somebody can share more information about this IC

We have facing issue on microntroller we have recieve we have serial product and curretly we are using STM32F072VBT6 controller but we have order new lot and we are recieve STM32F072VBT6 2 and both are behaviour diffrent so what is major diffrence between them ? please suggest me.

My setup is:STM32H753 eval boardSTM32CubeIDE 1.10.1code generated with arm-none-eabi-gcc (no stdlib, no semiihosting, no ITM)The code is located in AXI-SRAM memory.I can execute the code and break wherever I want. However when I break I cannot step into the code (or continue execution). When i do so (whether it is Step into or step over, assembly mode or normal mode) the code remains at the same instruction (everything happens as if the instruction is not executed). The disassembly is correct. There is no "bkpt" or other particular instruction.I obviously tried to set the bkpt at different locations.i also tried to set it up after the code is loaded to RAM. I also set the bkpt as "hardware" instead of "regular"When the code is executed from somewhere else (like ITCM) it works just fine.Any idea ?

Is stated on STM32MP157 datasheet's boot mode table that the MPU can be booted through UART: – USART2/3/6 and UART4/5/7/8 on default pins Nevertheless, I wasn't able to find which are the default pins for the UART interfaces, on the datasheet or reference manual. Where can I find those? STM32MP15-DISCO schematics uses UART4 pins PG11 and PB2 routed back to the Serial/USB bridge, are those UART4 by default?   GPIOx_AFRH/L reset value is 0 for all ports, and no UART pin is selected on AF0.

I'm using i2c interface to communicate with a eeprom memory, by dma. It's working, however, when I put a wrong address to write in the memory (to test the errors), I get as return HAL_ERROR, but the function HAL_I2C_ErrorCallback (that i implemented) does not called.How can I get a callback from this function in a error situation?Part of my code is available below:status = HAL_I2C_Mem_Write(&hi2c3, 0xB4, (0<<8), 2, dataWrite, 270, 1000); //Wrong Address   void HAL_I2C_ErrorCallback(I2C_HandleTypeDef *hi2c){ HAL_UART_Transmit(&huart1, errorMsg, sizeof(errorMsg), 1000); }

Hello, I'm having trouble inserting my own header files. No error is displayed in the STM32IDE when compiling, but when I compile in the GFXTouch, the errors are in GFXTouch.png.I've already included the paths include in c and c++. How can I include my header files in GFXTouch.Thank you

I am developing on the STM32U5 family and i need to use UCPD. As far as I know the UCPD middleware is no supported on this family, so I need to implement my functionality using the LL driver for the UCPD module. I am not experienced with usb power delivery. It would be nice to see and example of the ll_ucpd usage.

Hi,May I exchange the in/exit of the EMIF03? As the pin name indicate there are in pins and exit pins. But from the internal diagram, the ins and outs are exchangeable.Thanks.

I'm using the STM32F746 discovery board and I'm trying to display the images captured by the camera. The problem is that only one frame is displayed on the LCD display. The camera don't send more captures I think.Code of the DCMI setup:1.- Fist I setup the DCMI peripheral using the CubeMX wizand integrated in the STM23CubeIDE and the output of the wizard is:static void MX_DCMI_Init(void){ hdcmi.Instance = DCMI; hdcmi.Init.SynchroMode = DCMI_SYNCHRO_HARDWARE; hdcmi.Init.PCKPolarity = DCMI_PCKPOLARITY_RISING; hdcmi.Init.VSPolarity = DCMI_VSPOLARITY_HIGH; hdcmi.Init.HSPolarity = DCMI_HSPOLARITY_LOW; hdcmi.Init.CaptureRate = DCMI_CR_ALL_FRAME; hdcmi.Init.ExtendedDataMode = DCMI_EXTEND_DATA_8B; hdcmi.Init.JPEGMode = DCMI_JPEG_DISABLE; hdcmi.Init.ByteSelectMode = DCMI_BSM_ALL; hdcmi.Init.ByteSelectStart = DCMI_OEBS_ODD; hdcmi.Init.LineSelectMode = DCMI_LSM_ALL; hdcmi.Init.LineSelectStart = DCMI_OELS_ODD; if (HAL_DCMI_Init(&

STLink Debugger is not listed in Keil for NUCLEO-L55E (Cortex M33) project, but if I open any other project for other STM32 Cores, I can see the STLink debugger in the "Debuggers" list.It was working before, I have now a new setup and I cannot find the STLink option, so I cannot program/debug my codeAny recommendation?

Using an STM32F107 without an operating system. Looking for an open source SSH library that can be used along side LwIP.Has anyone had any luck doing this previously?

i can not get full text msg ,some alphabats are missing each time .how i can solve this ?

I am having some issues getting meaningful values out of my ADC. At the moment I am capturing ADC samples with the polling mode with the ADC pin being set to approximately 3.2v and 0v. When I check the sample results I am seeing around 20000 for captures taken with the ADC input pin is set to 3.2v and around 14000 when the ADC input pin is set to 0v. Below I have included the current settings for ADC2:static void MX_ADC2_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN ADC2_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE END ADC2_Init 0 */   ADC_ChannelConfTypeDef sConfig = {0};   /* USER CODE BEGIN ADC2_Init 1 */   /* USER CODE END ADC2_Init 1 */   /** Common config */ hadc2.Instance = ADC2; hadc2.Init.ClockPrescaler = ADC_CLOCK_ASYNC_DIV1; hadc2.Init.Resolution = ADC_RESOLUTION_16B; hadc2.Init.ScanConvMode = ADC_SCAN_DISABLE; hadc2.Init.EOCSelection = ADC_EOC_SINGLE_CONV; hadc2.Init.LowPowerAutoWait = DISABLE; hadc2.Init.ContinuousConvMode = DISABLE; hadc2.Init.NbrOfConversion

Hello, I have one ST25R3916B which is connected to 16 PCB spiral antennas, through DPST relays. It works well. To select the antenna I want to use I just power that relay and leave the other relays off. However, the sound of the relays clicking is not advantageous. So I'm looking at antenna MUX ICs from Skywors, pSemi, etc. (example PE42582) but these are all 8:1, so I would need to use one on each RF output of the ST25R3916B.Questions:What do I modify in the driver code to support single ended operation? In the driver code, how do I switch on the fly between the two single-ended outputs? How do I change the antenna match to support single ended operation? I'm using the AAT with variable capacitors from the NFC08 reference design.

Hi... for some reasons I cant regenerate my code from CubeMx but I need to change crystal 8M to oscillator 14.7456... in spite of replacing the clock function (void SystemClock_Config(void) ) with new one, my project does not work. what other changes do I need to consider for changing the clock in a project generated by CubeMx?thank you in advance
