I'm trying run the example software provided in X-CUBE-AZURE. After dragging and dropping SBSFU_B-L475E-IOT01_Cloud_AZURE_V1.2.0.bin from en.x-cube-azure\STM32CubeExpansion_Cloud_AZURE_V1.2.0\Projects\B-L475E-IOT01A\Applications\Cloud\Azure\Binary and resetting the board, it asks for the wifi info, but then doesn't ask for Azure info, instead it gives an error that the interface can't be connected.= [SBOOT] System Security Check successfully passed. Hi,I need to develop a board with STM32F767 SOC .I need to figure out a solution so that programmer only has to connect the usb and debug like we do it in the development kit.I wanted to know how the ST-Link on-board debugger works??Please share the link or documents to understand more about about.i see ST-link/V2 is used for flashing the chip but it would be better for my application just the usb and flash.Guys please let me know if there is any solution for this

I'm currently porting an existing project so it can be updated using the sbsfu bootloader project from ST. My userproject is using the MPU to protect the ethernet tx and rx descriptors from ending up in the d cache. However, if i enable the MPU the FPU stops working. Upon the first floating point operation the processor goes into the hardfault handler. Then the MM Fault stat register contains a 0x20. Which corresponds to the MLSPERR bit : A MemManage fault occurred during floating-point lazy state preservation.I'm using the following code to enable the MPU:void MPU_Config(void) { MPU_Region_InitTypeDef MPU_InitStruct = {0};   /* Disables the MPU */ HAL_MPU_Disable(); /** Initializes and configures the Region and the memory to be protected */ MPU_InitStruct.Enable = MPU_REGION_ENABLE; MPU_InitStruct.Number = MPU_REGION_NUMBER0; MPU_InitStruct.BaseAddress = 0x30040000; MPU_InitStruct.Size = MPU_REGION_SIZE_256B; MPU_InitStruct.SubRegionDisable = 0x0; MPU_InitStruct.TypeE

Hello, we are using a NAND Flash MT29F4G08 as boot device, which block size is 128KB. We program the 245KB size of FSBL(tf-a.stm32) to it with cubeProgrammer successfully, it does not boot up. When we replace the NAND Flash with MT29F8G08 as boot device, which block size is 256KB, and program the same FSBL(tf-a.stm32) with cubeProgrammer successfully, it boots up.  So, I want to know whether the size of FSBL is limited to one block of NAND, and shell we tailor the FSBL(tf-a) within 128KB to fit MT29F4G08?

Is it possible to communicate with a version of a ST25R391x simultaneously with two und NFC-V Tags (ISO/IEC 15693) (Detection & Reading/Writing data) without getting into any collision problems. If yes, is this feature implemented in the ST25 itself or in the RFAL library and one need to take care of it?Thanks a lot in advance.Best regards,Patrick

When I installed at first CubeIDE, I could select FreeRTOS as middleware. But failed due to can't use systick as reference clock of FreeRTOS.After that, I can't choose a Middleware such as FreeRTOS, when I create New Project. What am I wrong?

I added nand flash to stm32mp157aac, but the nand startup mode is always DFU mode, may I ask what configuration is needed?Nand boot has been selected on the hardware

Hello,I am fairly new to the TouchGFX designer and am trying to build an application where I can copy the contents typed using the keyboard on a screen(Custom Keyboard application provided with the designer) to another TextArea . I would really appreciate any help regarding this problem.

I am interfacing (IS66/67WV51216EBLL) 8Mbit static RAM organized as 512K words by 16 bits with STM32F723 microcontroller using it’s inbuilt FMC interface. FMC is configured in 16bit mode. Read and write operations are working as expected. But I have some confusion related to addressing memory as:      1.     As PSRAM is having only 19 (A18-A0) address lines which means that 512K addresses can accessed, which is true for 16_bit address pointer and I am able to read/write whole memory (1Mbyte) which means one physical address points to 16 bit data.2.     Confusion comes when I access memory using 8_bit pointer in which I am able to address memory above 512K address(up to 1023K last address accessed).Which is not possible for PSRAM as there are only 19 address lines.3.     I also know that FMC is able to access 16Bit memory byte wise using UB# (upper byte control) and LB# (lower

Hi,I've been trying to setup a cross compile environment using Docker for Windows, and I've run into a bit of trouble. I've setup the dockerfile so that during the build process of the image, I copy the SDK into the image and execute the .sh script. This is step 4 in the getting started section of the wiki, under "Develop on Arm Cortex-A7"/"Install the SDK":https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/Getting_started/STM32MP1_boards/STM32MP157C-DK2/Develop_on_Arm%C2%AE_Cortex%C2%AE-A7/Install_the_SDKThe problem:Executing the SDK installation script does not work due to the following error:ST OpenSTLinux - Weston - (A Yocto Project Based Distro) SDK installer version 2.6-openstlinux-4.19-thud-mp1-19-02-20 ===================================================================================================================== You are about to install the SDK to "/STM32MPU_workspace/STM32MP15-Ecosystem-v1.0.0/Developer-Package/SDK". Hi,I'm currently playing with the X-NUCLEO-GNSS1A1 kit and I have two questions:-If I only configure Galileo the messages are still GPGLL and I do not get GAGLL for Galileo and I do not know why?-The Teseo Suite allows you to filter messages eg xxGLL, but can you directly configure the module to limit the type of message sent by usart?Thank you,Pierre

I am working on a custom board with TouchGFX, and the custom board connects to a SPI LCD. I found an issue that TouchGFX will call flushFrameBuffer(const touchgfx::Rect& rect) function twice when making a screen transition. I just wondering if the behavior is normal, and why.Best Regards!

Hello,I am reading a sensor on m4 side. And debugging in production mode for the target.I have called printf function in main.c but I cant see anything when I run the program. Is it normal that I cant see any console while the program running ?

Posted on March 29, 2017 at 00:21I've been working with USB on my Nucleo board(S)  for some time now. Been comfortably successful at getting a few operational interfaces working with it. Including DFU. STM32L476. So time to make our own PCBS! We knocked out an order for 10 . Production needing 7 and having a few SPARES to help wear off the new. Ran into a little problem and I turned in an online help request. Waited all day and thought maybe someone there might notice I marked it Critical. Not sure of the turnaround time but everybody's critical  might be a little different. Hope I hear and in the mean time here's where I got too.We have 10 Brand new (Identical) PCB's with STM32L476VG's on them. They use the direct connected USB for communication. (PA11/PA12)They are *all* loaded with the same binary, VIA DFU.DFU works. Dependably. The binary is the STM32CubleL4 HAL DEMO from EVAL board, with IO EXPANDER commented out. This runs the LEDS on EVAL and is the only thing

I have a new project on an STM32H743 and thought it is a good idea to start this one with the latest version of CubeMX (5.3.0.) and the latest HAL library (1.5.).As I already have several systems running with USB VCP (STM32F746 and STM32H743) which were created with older releases of the Cube/HAL, I applied the necessary changes to the USB routines and thought it should work like in the old projects. But I get failures on the PC side "The device cannot start (Code 10)" when attaching the new system. Some rare times it works, but most times I get errors. I already increase Stack and Heap size to 2000. So this should not be the reason. Hardware should be ok as this also has been done like on the other systems.Has anybody an idea what I should have a look at? I use a Win10 - 64Bit PC and the driver version of the VCP is automatically installed (V. 1.4.0). My other systems are performing USB VCP without issues on that PC.Any comments very much appreciated!

I have configured my ADC to convert an analog value every 100 milli seconds using timer 2 , I could able to write data to EEPROM but while reading it back i could only see 20 variables in array. As below mentioned in code, I could able to switch on my LED .But my question is why I could not able to display/read all the 50 variables in my array in my watch windows of keil MDK? However, i can only read till 20 variables (data_read[20])! what could be the possible reasons?? I couldnt able to comprehend. is it because of the capabilities of Keil / ST link V2 debugging or because of the functions i am using to read EEPROM. As per the below code and output i.e, I could set( switch on My led) I am with a hypothesis that, data is written into EEPROM , I am only facing problem of reading all the 50 variables in array because of debugging capabilities of software and hardware ? Am I correct or wrong? Could some one please validate? code ( I have kept only the essential lines): uint8_t data_read[

Hi,I have just started a new app using SDK 1.5.0. The problem I am seeing also is present in V1.4.0.We are using an ST25DV04K tag, and on phone scanning a tag we get through to line 192 TagDiscovery.java:try { switch (tagInfo.productID) { case PRODUCT_ST_ST25DV64K_I: case PRODUCT_ST_ST25DV64K_J: case PRODUCT_ST_ST25DV16K_I: case PRODUCT_ST_ST25DV16K_J: case PRODUCT_ST_ST25DV04K_I: case PRODUCT_ST_ST25DV04K_J: tagInfo.nfcTag = new ST25DVTag(readerInterface, uid); break;Stepping into ST25DVTag. However, as we descend into the libraries, we eventually get here:public STRegisterField(String name, String description, int mask) { this.mName = name; this.mDescription = description; this.mMask = mask; this.mBitField = new BitField(mask); this.getBitStartEnd(); }But there is an eventual crash in STRegister.java, line 5 (this.mBitField = new BitField(mask).Stack trace:java.lang.RuntimeException: An error occurred while executing doInBackground()      &nbsp

I am trying to periodically wakeup STM32L010K8 from standby mode. The project is generated is using CubeMX. The device doesn't wakeup unless I reinitialize RTC everytime it resumes from standby. How can I avoid reinitialization of RTC everytime?/* USER CODE BEGIN Header */ /** ****************************************************************************** * @file : main.c * @brief : Main program body ****************************************************************************** * @attention * * <h2><center>© Copyright (c) 2019 STMicroelectronics. * All rights reserved.</center></h2> * * This software component is licensed by ST under BSD 3-Clause license, * the "License"; You may not use this file except in compliance with the * License. Currently TouchGFX generates code (my target is a STM32F469 DISCOVERY board) that is based on the ST CubeMX framework. Is the 'mbed' framework on the roadmap, since I like it *a lot* better.

I want to know how to switch ST25R3911B from reader/writer mode to the P2P mode? Are there any register to config the working mode? In the datasheet, I find there is a register called "Operation control register" which can control the rx and tx enable. Is this register control the operating mode?

Hi,Greetings of the day,Here I am searching the BlueNRG-2 in the stm32cubemx. But I am unable to found out that. Please help me Regards,
