HelloI have a TextArea Wildcard in my display that shows "ON" or "OFF" when the screen entered and has a FlexButton in front of it. when FlexButton clicked, I want to change the current State. To do that (I believe) have to get the wildcard value and compare it with the constant "ON", then change the wildcard value in the IF statement. So what is a straight way to do that?

Hello! We are developing a custom project with touchGFX for display with DSI and without GRAM.Now we test it with f469-diso board. But we can`t customize touchGFX to DSI in video mode. We have read all topics about it, but still can`t find the solution. Our startup picture looks very strange: it seems, that several copies of one picture try to overwrite each other. But we can send pictures through the DSI in video mode and LTDC module without touchGFX. In this case, we think that the hardware settings are correct. We got all hardware settings from stm32 cube repository, project "LCD_DSI_VideoMode_SingleBuffer".In touchGFX settings, we choose Parallel RGB (LTDC) in display and LTDC in driver settings. Now our goal to send just one picture from the internal flash with touchGFX software. In the attachment, you can find the project. If you comment function osKernelStart() in main.c, you will see that display works fine! But with touchGFX it works really strange...Please, can anyone kindly

Hi, I'm working with the LIS3DHTR and I'm trying to calibrate the sensor but I couldn't achieve. When I read the output registers I see most of the time a positive acceleration of more or less of 15mg, I know that there is an offset of +-40mg, but in my case is only positive and once in a while negative.I'm using full scale of 2g and high resolution mode.I need 0g on the three axis, so there is a way to calibrate the sensor?

As a long time bare metal and STM32 Std Library user, I am trying to brush up my skills to use the HAL interface (and other things). Using STM32CubeMX V6.2.0, from the New Project from Example form, I double clicked on the example UART_ReceptionToIdle_CircularDMA and it downloaded a project. When I try to open the example it just gives the message "Try to load a project generated with a more recent version of MXCube". This happens with some other USART examples, for example UART_Console. My main interest in this is to see what source code it generates, specifically for using a circular DMA USART buffer, so the ability to load the actual project is not important. Maybe I am missing something about the concepts behind STM32CubeMX, but the Example Selector for most examples seems to not find or be able to load some needed software e.g. "STM32Cube FW_F4 V1.26.0 NOT FOUND, Do you want to check for updates?" Clicking Yes just brings up a dialog that is only on the screen for a second or so (

Hello,I wonder if this exist or will exist in a near future. The wireless firmware for the STM32WB are clearly indicated they are not compatible with Border Router use case. I have seen similar solution at Nordic Semiconductor, but I wonder if ST will provide something for this.I wonder also if the "Thread_Cli_Cmd" demo application can be used for this purpose ?Reference : https://openthread.io/guides/border-routerIf you have information, I'm clearly interested.Joel

Hello the pin definition> 7 in the stm32f1xx_ll_gpio.h file seems to be wrong: in fact when I use LL_GPIO_PIN_8 with the function HAL_GPIO_WritePin (GPIO_TypeDef * GPIOx, uint16_t GPIO_Pin, GPIO_PinState PinState)the ODR0 bit of the port concerned is moved instead of ODR8.Also when I try to move the LL_GPIO_PIN_6 pin, the HAL_GPIO_WritePin function moves ODR6 and ODR14 ....Is it really a mistake or am I making a mistake? ---------------This group of definitions seems completely wrong to work with HAL_GPIO_WritePin function.I can't understand what the << GPIO_PIN_MASK_POS (8 bit) scrolling is for, which generates the command on two pins when the selected pin is less than 8.Furthermore, the following Or is even more mysterious ....

Hello,I am trying to get tracing working and when i start the debugger this window pops up saying "Tracing is not supported".Any one have any idea what it means as i can't find any reference to it.I have a STM32F411CEU6, watched many how videos and configured everything.I have STLINKV3MINI with latest update, Cube is Version 1.6.Turned on all the features I need to but Tracing I guess won't run as somewhere/how i have not enabled something.I have added SWO wire to the the B3 pin/STLINKV3MINI and can see it streaming data on my scopeAny ideas please as i have spent five days trying to get this to work =)Many thanks in advance imk

Hello! I am s student of NSTU. Our faculty (of Mechatronics and Automation) bought a STM3210B-MCKIT two years ago. My supervisor made me to give a life to this kit two weeks ago. So i have next problem:I have read all kit's documentation. And I have powered all PCBs according to documentation. Kit is ok. I think that everyting is working because i can control the PMSM motor from display. But i want to control it from my PC with MC workbrench. On the CD was only v.2.1.0 of this programm. I have installed it and made the connection between JTAG PCB -> J-Link Lite ARM -> PC. Then I installed the library of PMSM (v,3.0 - v.3.3.). Then I made a single project, pushed the button of monitor panel and tried to connect to the board. I have no active COM-ports. And the Fault is "Open port failed. The port none maybe busy". I am not able to solve this problem cause i am only beginner in the programming and e.t.c. I will be grateful for any help: advice, instrumentation, training videos, doc

Hi Everyone, I am using STM32H757I-EVAL board and the onboard Twin Quad SPI Nor Flash ( MT25QL512ABB8ESF-0SIT ). I have configured QSPI to operate in DUAL Flash mode.I am able to perform memory read, memory write, memory erase, and internal configuration register read operation from/to QSPI flash. But, When I try to update NonVolatile configuration register, It fails to update it.If I change my QSPI memory configuration from Dual Flash mode to Singal flash mode, It works for Flash-1.So, Is there anything that I am missing for the Dual Flash Mode?I am enabling Write Latch before write Operation. As per the technical notes for STM32H757i_EVAL board, both flash needs to have an ideal configuration. Here is the code snippetint32_t WriteNonVolatileConfigurationRegister( QSPI_HandleTypeDef *Ctx, Interface_t Mode, uint8_t *pData ) { QSPI_CommandTypeDef s_command;   /* Initialize the command */ s_command.InstructionMode = QSPI_INSTRUCTION_4_LINES; s_command.Instruction = WRITE_NONVOL_CFG

Hello,My problem is similar to this one: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65905606/stm32cubeide-reports-firmware-package-is-missingUnfortunately I cannot find the patch they were talking about (Patch-CubeF4). After going to the following site: https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/patch-cubefw-f4.htmlFrom the site: https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stm32cubef4.html#tools-softwareI receive 'SORRY, PAGE NOT FOUND' error. Can ST upload it once again so that I can use it to fix my problem? Or maybe there is already another solution that solves the problem?I would be grateful for any help.

Use the digital keyboard made by touchgfx, use an image control, a box control, and a TextArea control to create a high-end digital keyboard. The demo video has been placed on Bilibili, and there are tutorials on the CSDN blog!

We are using the CR95HF chip for NFC functionality in our product. I know ST_R0 pin have restricted use and shall be connected to ground with a 1nF cap. I would like to know if is possible to connect a test point to this net and in our production test fixture measure the voltage level to verify the antenna tuning. When the board is under test the signal will be routed way in the fixture to a multi I/0 DAQ board.Best regardsMagnus

Just need to know if i have to enable the touch sensing through code or manually and need to the process for the same.Thanks.

We use HSE osc instead of xtal as suggested by errata. However to support STANDBY we need to turn it off by GPIO. The idea is to boot from SPINAND on HSI and turn HSE in bootloader.Unfortunately it seems that ROM hangs when HSE is not present:< @ 00646143 | [INFO] - BOOTCORE_Pll1Started >< @ 00651111 | [INFO] - BOOTCORE_Pll1Locked >< @ 00652481 | [INFO] - BOOTCORE_Pll2Started >< @ 00657398 | [INFO] - BOOTCORE_Pll2Locked >< @ 00658999 | [INFO] - BOOTCORE_CkMpuSsSwitchedOnPll1 >< @ 00660470 | [INFO] - BOOTCORE_CkAxiSsSwitchedOnPll2 >< @ 00661050 | [INFO] - BOOTCORE_Pll12StartReqStatusPllStarted >< @ 00824184 | [INFO] - NANDCORE_GetParamFromOtp >< @ 05653430 | [INFO] - BOOTCORE_HseNoBypass >< @ 06934011 | [ERR ] - BOOTCORE_HseNotReady >I tried to set CFG9 bits 1 and 2 (skip HSE detects) but no success. Setting bit 5 in CFG3 (skip PLLs) doesn't help too.Is HSE usage somehow hardcoded for SPINAND boot ? From docs I get that only US

I need to implement a device that can simultaneously read cards and communicate with Android and iOS. You can advise the chip for this?

Hello everyone,I am quite well set up on my project using an STM32F469I-Disco and TouchGFX. Everything is working very well. However, I would like to display data using a dynamic graph. If I choose a mode different from the Scroll mode, everything is updating very well. But when the dynamic graph is in scroll mode it is lagging quite a bit (~1fps) and the touch is almost not responding. How can I improve the performance in my project?Thank you everyone !

In the data sheet and reference manual of STM32L073, LCD_VLCD1 is 42pin and LCD_VLCD2 is 37pin, but in STM32CubeMX, the instructions are reversed. Also, at 1/3 bias, the reference manual is supposed to use LCD_VLCD1 and LCD_VLCD2, but STM32CubeMX will now use LCD_VLCD2 and LCD_VLCD3.Which is correct, the data sheet and reference manual or the STM32CubeMX 6.1.0?

Hello,I am trying to use USB-HS DMA in my program... It works good with other endpoints except EP0For EP0, the enumeration phase is done successfully, But when I start sending my USB class specific messages one after the other continuously on EP0, after some successful transmissions, it suddenly gets stuck and EP0 Nack status is set ... I also check that DMA address be 4byte-alignNote that there is no problem when DMA is disabledWhat could be the probable mistake? Thanks in advnace

Hi,I have got confused in knowing how to actually register a User call back function for Transfer complete event in UART. I am using DMA. To give an idea on what I am doing, below re the lines that I have added in my code.void TxComplete_Callback(struct __UART_HandleTypeDef *huart); //declaration of user callback fun   huart1.TxCpltCallback = TxComplete_Callback; // assigning it to transfer complete event callback of the uart instance   void TxComplete_Callback(struct __UART_HandleTypeDef *huart) {   } // function definition which is currently not fullMy question is whether the argument for the callback function has to be compulsorily (struct __UART_HandleTypeDef *huart)? because in UART_DMATransmitCplt() function it knows that the event received is DMA Transfer Complete and so it checks if huart->TxCpltCallback is populated or else it executes the weak function as can be see below#if (USE_HAL_UART_REGISTER_CALLBACKS == 1) /*Call registered Tx complete callback*/ h

Hello,I have ran two examples of Zigbee applications on Nucleo STM32WB.One with end device device type and the other one with router device type (both with FFD stack).I have registered the node on my existing Zigbee network.I can see that the device type of the node is changing but when I look at the code, I could not find any difference (in app_zigbee.c).Can you point at to me where the device type is set in the code?Thank you for your answer,Best regards,LéoPS: is there a complete documentation of the API/stack available where I can find that kind of information?

I've never noticed this problem before. I am using v9.3.0 which has always worked previously, I have not knowingly changed anything. I have tried running as administrator, tried at home and work. Is there anything else I can try?

I just opened up my brand new STM32F407G board, checked that JP1 was on and Both CN3 jumpers were on, and plugged it into a USB port and nothing happens. No lights, no nothin.can someone help.

Hi, I want to make a bridge between 2 CAN BUSes with STM32F4. I am trying to listen of interrupts of both CAN on HAL_CAN_RxFifo0MsgPendingCallback and receive a message and send it to another CAN, but it seems that I only receive CAN1 interrupt. CAN2 does not trigger interupt.I use same filter configurations for both BUSes://hcan - CAN1 and CAN2   CAN_FilterTypeDef sFilterConfig; sFilterConfig.FilterBank = 0; sFilterConfig.FilterMode = CAN_FILTERMODE_IDMASK; sFilterConfig.FilterScale = CAN_FILTERSCALE_32BIT; sFilterConfig.FilterIdHigh = 0x0000; sFilterConfig.FilterIdLow = 0x0000; sFilterConfig.FilterMaskIdHigh = 0x0000; sFilterConfig.FilterMaskIdLow = 0x0000; sFilterConfig.FilterFIFOAssignment = CAN_RX_FIFO0; sFilterConfig.FilterActivation = ENABLE; sFilterConfig.SlaveStartFilterBank = 14;   if (HAL_CAN_ConfigFilter(hcan, &sFilterConfig) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); } if (HAL_CAN_Start(hcan) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); } if (HAL_CAN_ActivateNotif
