We need to order 2 samples of the NUCLEO-F401RE to evaluate the MCU and be used in a health tech project. How I can order the samples?

We are thinking of using few features from x-cube-mems1 package and would like to know if it can be used for nRF9160 MCU.

When using the example program (TypeV_SetAreaProtection) of ST25R3911B to set ST25TV02K, the following error occurred.Code：static void demoNfcv( rfalNfcvListenDevice *nfcvDev )   {   ReturnCode err;   uint8_t regNum = 0x05;   uint8_t regVal;   uint8_t endval;   uint8_t * uid;   int8_t pwdNum=0; //Password Number (00h = Password configuration, 0x01 = Pswd1, 0x02 = Pswd2, 0x03 = Pswd3   //uint8_t pwdNum=1; //bdi   uint8_t pwd[8]={0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00}; //CL: for ST25DV, pwd is 8 bytes   //uint8_t pwd[4]={0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00}; //bdi   uint16_t rcvLen;   uint8_t rxBuf[17];// 1 + DEMO_NFCV_BLOCK_LEN + RFAL_CRC_LEN ]; /* Flags + Block Data + CRC */   // uint8_t Block_Num; //CL: Total Number of Block   uint32_t st25dvbmsize = 0; //CL: Number of bytes in each block;   ST25DV_MEM_SIZE st25dvmemsize; //CL: Total Memory size   // uint8_t ST25DV_ENDA1_REG=0x05;      &nb

Hello! We have this chip, see in image. We think this is ST33Gххх in package UFDFN8 4.2 × 4 mm.This is from NFC interface. The main question is that what is this chip model? And the second question is, i dont found pins names in ST33G documentation.

Hi, I am trying to understand the startup process of stm32 mcu. So I have a good knowledge with STM32 and HAL but I want to learn a little deeper with the registers. So I created a blank project and included only the peripheral header file (stm32wb55xx.h), (system_stm32wbxx.c), the startup script (startup_stm32wb55xx_cm4.s) and main.c where I implemented a blinky and it is working. Where I set the RCC->AHB2ENR(enable clock) register, but I m not sure it's frequency and the frequency's from SYSCLK, HCLK,AHB,APB1...As far as i understand the startup script is calling the SystemInit() function from system_stm32wbxx.c where the clocks are set to default values and after that the main function is called, where the clock configuration can be changed? Please correct me if I m wrong! And if someone have some links or documentation for properly setting the clocks. Thanks

I ran GENERATE-CODE on STM32CubeMX and M4 files were created. There is #include "stm32mp1xx.h" in stm32mp1xx_hal_def.h in Include, but there is no stm32mp1xx.h file. where is it?

Hello. I have a project that runs fine on F303RE Nucleo board. I loaded it on the F303ZE Nucleo board and I get no banner displayed on the Virtual Comm port. The device manager sees the port fine. Are there any solder bridges or jumpers needed on the ZE board to enable the VCP?Thanks,Dave

Hello,I am using the STM32H7B3I-EVAL evaluation board with a code generated by TouchGFX 4.20.0. My goal is as follows:Using a button (in this case, the Wakeup button on the evaluation board), change a PWM's duty cycle in stages (0% -> 25% -> 50% -> 75% -> 100% -> 0% -> .....)Display the current PWM duty cycle as a percentage on the displayTo do this, I am using a timer (TIM2) set to PWM Generation CH1. The code below is how I initialize this timer.static void MX_TIM2_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN TIM2_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE END TIM2_Init 0 */   TIM_MasterConfigTypeDef sMasterConfig = {0}; TIM_OC_InitTypeDef sConfigOC = {0};   /* USER CODE BEGIN TIM2_Init 1 */   /* USER CODE END TIM2_Init 1 */ htim2.Instance = TIM2; htim2.Init.Prescaler = 280-1; htim2.Init.CounterMode = TIM_COUNTERMODE_UP; htim2.Init.Period = 1000-1; htim2.Init.ClockDivision = TIM_CLOCKDIVISION_DIV1; htim2.Init.AutoReloadPreload = TIM_AUTORELOAD_PRELOAD_DISABL

Hi,the AN2629 mentions the firmware which measure the power consumption of the STM32F10x device in page 22/43. Anyone knows where are the STM3210B-EVAL example projects ? Thanks

Hi, I would like to know which is the mass (or weight) of LIS3DH accelerometer. Thanks

We have a custom PCB application that uses the STM32MP151CAC1 as the main CPU. We have tried to use an STLink v3 to connect to the chip over SWD, but have been unable to do so. The chip (through UART4) throws the following error when I try to connect:ERROR: Illegal access to 0xe000edf0: ERROR: FAIL_ID = 0x2 ERROR: Non-Secure ERROR: Privilege ERROR: Write PANIC at PC : 0x2ffc9b61 Exception mode=0x00000016 at: 0x2ffc9b61Meanwhile, on the STCube Programmer, depending on what settings I have, I get one of the following error messages:Error: Cannot connect to access port 1 If you are trying to connet to a device with TrustZone enabled please try to connect with HotPlug modeError: DEV_UNKNOWN_MCU_TARGETError: Cannot identify the deviceSome additional information:The signals I'm trying to communicate over are:JTMS (pin C20 on the STM32MP1)JTCK (B20)JTDI (A20)JTDO (A19)JTRST (19)Of those, JTMS and JTRST are pulled up to VDD through 10K resistors. JTCK is pulled down to ground through another 1

Hi,I know that DMA can save CPU time by transfering data from memory to peripheral (and from peripheral to memory) but it not clear how this works for I2C since the I2Cx_EV_HANDLER is still called when I changeI2C from IT configuration to DMA configuration. I need to write/read from (STM32G474VET6) I2C without CPU intervention.

Hi,   I have a STM32MP157A-EV1 board. I'm running it in the engineering boot mode and programming the Cortex-M4 directly through the STM32CubeIDE. At the moment, I do not use the Cortex-A7.   I would like to enable USART2 and use it through the ST-LINK to view the printf command that I do on the Cortex-M4.   What I did was enabling USART2 in STM32CubeMX :     I did not change any other configuration and simply regenerated the code. Then I used these functions:   In retarget.c UART_HandleTypeDef *gHuart;   void RetargetInit(UART_HandleTypeDef *huart) { gHuart = huart;   /* Disable I/O buffering for STDOUT stream, so that * chars are sent out as soon as they are printed. */ setvbuf(stdout, NULL, _IONBF, 0); } In main.c   #include "main.h" #include "cmsis_os.h" ... UART_HandleTypeDef huart2; static void MX_USART2_UART_Init(void); ... int main(){ ... MX_USART2_UART_Init(); RetargetInit(&huart2); ... while (1) { /* USER CODE END WHILE *

Needs more support from Sequencer scheduler which is used in Stm32wb55xx Evaluation boards. How to use effectively and is there any online seminars or any other documentation , it will be helpful to us.

Hello ~!, I am bringing up a board using ST25R3916.The main chip is arm9 family and based on freertos. The basic operation has been confirmed, but there is a problem that certain NFCA cards are not recognized well.It does not mean that it cannot be recognized at all, but it is difficult to recognize only at a specific distance (about 3-4 cm).At first I thought it was an RF performance issue, but after wiring the power, IRQ, SPI pins, etc. to my base board and the X-NUCLEO-NFC06A1 board, the results are the same.I've been working on the "ST25NFC_Embedded_Lib_ST25R3916_1.4.0,FreeRTOS_polling" source code. There is no problem origial source code on Nucleo L476, but similar problem can be seen when the priority of the nfcIsrTaskRunner thread is set equal to StartDefaultTask.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ /* definition and creation of nfcIsrTask */ const osThreadAttr_t nfcIsrTask_attributes = {  .name = "n

Trace code for STD100N107F7 our IQC team would like to know that why the trace code is different between label and component Text , please see the attachedand also could you please let me know the date code of this batch .Thank you so much

I have a need for ST10F273MR-4Q3, but this material has been discontinued, is there a replacement for it, preferably in the same package?

This issue was already mentioned here except now it is on different line. I think it is still there. In EEPROM emulation in the \STM32Cube\Repository\STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.9.0\Projects\STM32H743I-EVAL\Applications\EEPROM\EEPROM_Emulation\Src\eeprom.c file on line 394 in function EE_ReadVariable(), there isAddress = Address - 32;but there should beAddress = Address - 64;Bug is that data can be interpreted as address and we end up reading incorrect data. The same issue is in examples for Nucleo-H743ZI and Nucleo-H7A3ZI (for the last one it should be 32 instead of 16).Karel

hii do you have evaluation board for L9935Two-Phase Stepper Motor Driver

I am implementing an application when I need to set high a status variable when a button is pressed. I would like to do so via the interrupt routine of the push button. So, in gpio.c I havevoid HAL_GPIO_EXTI_Callback(uint16_t GPIO_Pin){ if (GPIO_Pin == GPIO_PIN_0){ PB1_isPressed = 1; } }In the main.c I would like to have a statement like:if (PB1_isPressed ==1){do something}Now my questions are the following:Is this a good practice?where do I declare PB1_isPressed? and how?Sorry for the very basic questions and thank you all for the help in advance :)

Hello,We are able to detect and read NFC tags with ST25R3920, but we have a little problem. When we are trying to read an NFC tag that is in a phone case (credit card, ID card etc.) we can't get a reading at all. Our first guess was that mobile phone is creating a field that interferes with NFC. Could there be something wrong or different in our software to get a reading like this? Should I be doing different configurations on registers like Antenna calibration, External Field Detector Threshold? What are your suggestions for this case? Thanks in advance!Best regards,Furkan

HelloI use the embedded Op Amp in STM32U585VIT3Q to charge a 47uF capacitor. The input of the Op Amp is connected to the output of DAC. The voltage level is 3V.So you can see when the Op Amp begin to charge the cap, the peak current is quite large.I would like to know whether the Op Amp or the Micro could withstand this pulse current Thanks in advance!
