SPC584C70E3 microcontroller in spc5studio chorus 4M family

Hello Siva ,

the version compliant for SPC584C70E3 is a engineering release for key customer.

(not present in Public release)

it is a version focused for the Pinmap Wizard.

We can not generate the code.
