Can I find the manufacture year from the bulk ID? Most of ST parts only indicate the last digit of the year, sometimes we just don't know it is 2013 or 2023.

I also had a question about the last digit of the year. How can I identify it is 2012 or 2022? Can the bulk ID on the label tell?
