I regret to confirm that bit 7 does NOT work as CTS.  At least, my Linux kernel doesn't detect it.Given the complete lack of mention of CTS in PSTN120.pdf, I think we're screwed.  Even if Windows supports bit 7 == CTS, if its not part of the standard...
