POWERSTEP01 : sense resistor

Regarding the shunt resistors connected to the SENSEA and SENSEB pins, the UM1829 has three 0.1 ohm resistors connected. Why is this? The datasheet says one 0.1 ohm resistor.Do I really need three of them?
