Looking For External Memory Benchmark on STM32F469/79 using FMC or QSPI interface

Hi,Anyone know where I can find memory benchmarks on using the different type of external memories on the STM32F469/79 ?How slower is the PSRAM on FMC or dual Quad SPI compare to internal SRAM ?thanks
