We did many projects using Stm32f105rbt6. Stm32f103ret6 now is cheaper with more memory and the pinout is the same. Can we use Stm32f103ret6 directly without any programming changes?

Many engineers I know use HT7533 as power supply for STM32F105RBT6 in automotive boards. I looked up the specs, and found that HT7533 is only rated for 100mA. Is it too low for STM32F105RBT6? Is TI's TPS7B91 or TPS7B92 better in this case? Thank you.

We are using STM32F105 ADC function in some of our products for temperature sensing, etc. We found that sometimes it has accuracy issue after operating for a while. We suspect that it's the power, resistor, or capacitor we used are not of good enough...
