Never mind. Jumper config problem on my end. Out of the box, UART4 is routed to the RS-232 DB9 connector. You have to change those jumpers.Dumb-ism on my end. And not everybody reads-n-writes a language the same way.This problem is solved.

Eh... I may have J4 and J5 backwards. I will check this tomorrow (in my hemisphere).
