Reg: Cooling type clarification for part STPS10200SF

Hi All,As mentioned in the datasheet for part the part STPS10200SF, it was stated that cooling will be conduction cooled.Please clarify that the cooling method will be either top cooled or bottom cooled.Thanks in advance.,Ganapathy Raman.I
