Which MCU is better for Timer?

Hello.I need Timer for send high speed data.To send data, i need at least 115200 fps.Can you recommend which MCU is perfect for me?

oh, I'm using led to send data(e.g. 10110010).so that I need to control GPIO as faster as possible.Could you recommend to control high speed GPIO?
