Hi CYML,Agreed, the first byte in the public key must be removed and this is the case in in my existing code. I reviewed your attachment (message.txt), but it does not include all of the OpenSSL commands that were used to generate the ECC parameters....

Update: I tried a full chip erase and downloaded the application code, but no luck as the "Target is not responding, retrying..." debugger issue is still present.

Update: The generic project that was created for the NUCLEO-F413ZH board with a simply blinky was showing the "Target is not responding, retrying..." debugger issue as well, so I did a full chip erase with the STM32CubeProgrammer and debugged the gen...
