Hi STteam, I have selected STP45N60DM2AG MOSFET which is  TO247-LL package heatsink base  is anode or cathode or insulated may i know  ?? it is not mentioned in the datasheet.

Can i use STGAP2SICSA gate driver  for silicon MOSFET  or can you suggest me AEQ qualified high side smart gate driver with has short circuit current protection with inbuilt charge pump to drive high side MOSFET.
