I have a PCA with a blown TVS. The markings are: ST e3 G3BA◇YZ521I've seen TVS datasheets with markings starting with 3BA, but the diamond symbol is throwing me off. Can you assist?
Yes, it was in conformal. I’m not 100% sure it’s not counterfeit. The fact that the marking has 5 characters and the data sheet shows 3BAOY, leads me to believe you’re right. The application would make me think automotive grade too.
