TSB582 exposed pad

Hello,can we connect the exposed pad of the TSB582IDT to GND in the PCB layout?There is nothing mentioned in the datasheet regarding the exposed pad.

Thank you. I had an old version of the datasheet where the footnote was not available. We use it in single supply mode, so VCC- is connected to GND.Yes, that answers my question. Thank you!
