Hi, I just realized I was using the STUSB4500L  part, which is limited to 5V, as encountered by several others on the main thread. It looks like we want the part without the L. 

Hi,Did you ever get an answer to your question, or figure out what was causing the shutdown?I have a very similar situation, except at 20V.
