Posted on March 25, 2014 at 09:10Dear Danish, I may be not describe clearly in previous discussion. I mean my MCU is STM32F103T6 which is 32K ROM, but I use it as STM32F103T8, the target device in IAR or in J-Flash I choose STM32F103T8 not STM32F10...

Posted on March 25, 2014 at 08:51I tested about 10 chips in my hand. I downloaded a hex file which is more than 32k(I checked it in map file), the MCU work normally.
