Drivers for CR95HF demo board (RF Transceiver board from M24LR discovery kit)

We are using M24LR64E-R NFC chip in one of our project. Able to Access from ST25PC-NFC application from windows. But we are not able to access from ST25 NFC Tap from ST Microelectronics mobile app. Please anyone suggest to resolve the issue
