LIS2DW12 hardware review

Find the attached schematic and review the same.Here we are using I2C communication.CS pin is directly connected to the MCU
Hi Team, We have selected LIS2DW12TR component for one of our application. LIS2DW has a operating 1.62 V to 3.6 V My Battery voltage is 3.6V, So can I give directly 3.6V to the component constantly. Please suggest.
