can any body suggest the MCU for motor controller application with 16 or more PWM ,with RTOS support

from 16khz to 30khz PWM Frequency or more .... in one MCU we have to run 5 motor so we required more PWM channel.In addition we have to build the application in RTOS so good support of RTOS lib and SDK also required from STM.
