Hi, I am using STGWA50M65DF2 IGBT in one of my circuit, facing issue with Vce voltage drop.

The Vce without load is 7.3V, and once load connected it is 18V. I want know what should be the ideal voltage drop across CE, with load and without condition.Attaching the schematic screen shot for reference.
