I have found the problem. It was indeed due to the hardware. In the debug line the resistors were wrongly dimensioned.

To exclude a misconfiguration of the MPU, I mapped the external SRAM from 0x6000 0000 to 0xC000 0000. The access works so far. But in the debugger the connection is lost again. That can't be the reason.In the next step I check the hardware, in order ...

One more piece of information. I have checked all signals with an oscilloscope and together with a logic analyzer. These look very good. That can not be the problem.
