VN340SP-E Conformity to IEC 61131-2

Hello,It is stated that the VN340 has conformity to IEC 61131-2.At what manner does it have the conformity? At EMC? At safety? At UL? It is not clear at all from the datasheet and from the site.Best regards,Asaf Abraham
