M95M02-DRCS6TP/K We have this part on hand, while the tracecode on the label has been erased , we want to know how should we identify the datecode from part marking

the part we received are slightly differ than data sheet for heat sink side. part# STD25NF10T4Just wondering if the same part has different subcontractors to make it ?Or they are made in different region since the STM labels also not common one
