STWBC GUI with STEVAL-ISB045V1 firmware download

i bought STEVAL-ISB045V1, so i should download firmware STEVAL-ISB045V1_QI_2.5W_V5.241.but if i do Setup-Load FW to board then Download error.I matching COM port though.
