Do you have STA2062A2 (ARM926) datasheet or pinout?

I have to read this ARM926 by JTAG connections but I don't have MCU pinout. On web I can only find a datasheet without pinout description.
Hi, I have to read a MCU STA2062A by jtag mode, I think it's an ARM926 in LFBGA format. I ask if someone have jtag pinout to read this MCU. Thank you
