Update firmware failed. ST25RU3993-Eval board - I can't update the firmware.

I have ST25RU3993-EVAL with FW v1.5.6 and I would like to update it to the v1.6.6. I can't do it through the ST25RU3993 Reader Suite. Every time I get "Update firmware failed". What should I do?
