I want to make my own hat for the STLINK-V3SET but i cant find any files of the exact positions of the STDC14,CN3,CN4 headers

Does someone know if these documents exist or the poistions of these headers
I am looking for a 868MHz solution in combination with the wM-bus library. I saw there are two modules available the Spirit1 and the S2-LP which module has the best support and is the best choice for a new solution?
