Can I do Two way radio (PMR/DMR) using STM32WL ?

If I use STM32WL as RF tranciver and using the (G)FSK modultion or other modulation with multiple users, Will STM32WL asigne a carrier frequency automatically for each user to achieve the FDMA as PMR/DMR system in walkie talkie?

Thank you @Community member for your reply.But do you have any better way to send live voice as same as walkie talkie whithout gateway?
