Can we use the AltErr ($GPGST) to calculate "vertical uncertainty" for AFC (Automated Frequency Coordination) which is defined by WiFi Alliance in accordance with WiFi 6E.?

In $GPGST, it contains altitude error in standard deviation. Can we use AltErr as vertical uncertainty?How to calculate it ? Thanks.
