i'm new in this device and i dont know how to upload my program to this device i use truestudio if someone know how to do that, please tell me thank you for your help

sorry, i forget to say, i use stm32f103C8 and ST LINK for debuging, but it run into problem when i debug it. a dialog box appear and it say the device not foundbtw i have connected my stm
