what is the minimum circuit i need for a STM32 to run it and debug via SWD? Is the attached schematic sufficient? For debugging I would connect my J4 to CN4 of a Nucleo board. Sorry for the trivial question, i don't have much experience with stm32

I try to connect a Nucleo-64 board via ST-Link/v2 for debugging, but it doesn't work. I removed CN2 and and pinning as specified. But nothing happens, no connection and no led on. The ST-Link/v2 is solid red, so it should be ready.

GPIO current in Standby mode

After stopping a PWM Output (HAL_TIM_PWM_Stop) the signal is slowly decreasing instead of switching instantly to low (0 Volt).
