I am using stm32l4r5zit6 dev board, and i have invoked the bootloader from the ROM but the stm32 flasher is not able to connect to the bootloader via uart.

I have been trying to connect to stm32f30f4p6 using SWD but it shows cant connect to the device.But when i connect other MCU it is able to connect to it .Also, stm32f030 connects to the utility in another laptop.

I am using STM32F4 discovery board. Some sensors data which are gathered by different sensors is saved on an SD card. Now I want to transfer these .txt files to an FTP server. I am not able to send the files as packages, or i m not sure how.  Seeking...
