I figured it out. I was using the general pin out for the st-link clone and my particular one has a different pin out.

I obviously didn’t try everything. I tried all the various settings in the settings menu.The st link is wired up to the STL connector on the processor board. Using pins 2,4,6,& 8 as described in the ST link instructions on various web sites.ThanksJoh...

I am trying to upload a boot loader to a STM43F103C using a bootleg St-Linc v2. I can update the st-link firmware, but I get failure to connect when I try to access the linc using st-link software. I loaded the drivers. I’ve tried every setting
