L6562 part in eDesign Studio?

I assembled the LED control board by UM0670 User manual. 80 W offline LED driver with PFC. Everything works great, only dimming at a frequency of 200 Hz flickers. Attach video. I did everything according to the manual. How can you fix this problem?

I designed the board STEVAL-ILL013V1 and my transistor Q1 is heating up. The output voltage is DC 400 volts. What can you advise me. Part of the LED current adjustment board is not included in the operation.
