I have my doubts about the STSMIA832.First because mouser report it as obsolete and second the application note uses a camera with an interface called "SMIA".Not sure about this IC !Anyone for ST can advice ?Regards

Ok, but the project requires no wifi and wired connection to the mcu

I'm looking for a remote camera solution from STM32L4 mcu dcmi interface through ~20meters long STP cable using serdes IC like the STSMIA832. I don't care using all 4 pairs of the stp-utp cable. Will this work ? Regards
