The right USB implementation for STM32F4 - STM32F7?

I am busy with Nuttx and want to get OTG FS working on a B-L475e-OIT01A2. While I do not get it working I am trying to get it working (first) with the STM32CubeMX.

I am busy with the selftest LSM6DSL and trying to implement it, but I see your equation on page 115.... but is it not wrong? Or I do not get it offcourse.
