FGL60N100BNTD vs. STGW40H120DF2

Posted on May 17, 2017 at 09:50I found a replacement for FGL60N100BNTD (TO-264) which is STGW40H120DF2 (TO-247) for my Inverter. At 50A peak current, however its a problem. Any reason or solution?
