X-CUBE-SBSFU software is still in status Validating.

Hello.I sent a request to download X-CUBE-SBSFU on Monday 09:38 (>24h) and the status is still Verifying. The course is tomorrow (30 sept). Is there any chance to speed it up?Regards,Greg
