We are using the REFERENCE design STM32F429I-DISC1. The ST LCD driver chip (STMPE811QTR) is supposedly now obsolete. Is this chip being replaced on this REFERENCE design and/or is this driver chip still available? Any guidance would be MUCH appreciated!!

Posted on May 21, 2015 at 22:20We are using the STM32F429ZIT6 and we need to keep the RTC running when VDD is not present.  Can we hook up a coin-cell battery directly to VBAT, with no switching/monitoring circuit?  Any help would be MUCH appreciate...
