Sorry my bad, altium project looked similar, and both times I was able to open same one. RTL8211F-CG is actual chip on DK development kit, it does support 1000M.So only high resolution timer left, no info on that one.

Well, not exactly, I was using internal bootloader with another STM32H7 that is controlled over USB to flash firmware over canbus.So flash handling is done via STbootloader on U5 device, but commands are send via STM32H7 with windows controlling it
