Posted on January 02, 2018 at 14:41Try navigating to C:\Program Files (x86)\STMicroelectronics\Software\Virtual comport driver\Win8and double click on dpinst_amd64.exe (for 64bit windows) or dpinst_x86.exe (for 32 bit windows), then try again.
