I solved it by copying the packages by hand into the folder C:\Users\USERNAME\STM32Cube\Repository\Packs\STMicroelectronicsAlso I disconnectet the computer from our office net and connectet it directly to an internet router.

I have the same Issue and can not solve it. It is impossible to install the packages I get this error:This is the message for the second package:This is the error for the first package
