Connecting an an external USB for USB HID on nucleo board

I am working on a project that requires and HID keyboard, but the nucleo board,F401RE, requires an external PHY usb, but I have issues with the connections, the computer can't recognize the connection, despite that the LD1 is blinking
No replies to display.
