from the log that you provided , i think its a watchdog device tree declaration issue, make sure to use watchdog 1 for optee and tfa , and watchdog 2 for the uboot and the linux kernel

If am not mistaken this error happens , on the first steps of flashing the image to your Device , i think the error comes from the intialisation of your device tree of your ddr node on the TF-A or the optee side
